Emaraaba

Ghana is one of the most peaceful countries on the African continent. The country has over 33 million inhabitants and is divided into 16 regions. The north is the largest region here and has the third highest population. There is a lack of basic needs, especially in the north of the country. Many people can often only make their daily lives possible with the help and support of family and friends. The small organization Emaraaba Northern Ghana is involved here. The founder Failu, born and living in Tamale, sees every day where help is needed and works wholeheartedly for it. In order to enable children to have a safe everyday school life Failu is traying to raise donations. He and his organization have already managed to build a school buliding, crèche and kindergarten as well as financing a water tank and play facilities for the school. He does not only support schools but also individuals who are in need. He has stood aside many people in times of need. With heartfelt commitment, he improved the hygiene situation in some villages during Corona times by purchasing small water tanks and soap. He also made it possible for sick fellow citizens to finance hospital stays, physiotherapy or medication. Failu has advice for everyone and wants to continue to support children and adults in his region. That's why Failu and his organization are happy about every donation.
