A Village for Children
Children with cognitive or physical disabilities do not have an easy time of it in Ghana. There are neither state institutions that offer support, nor are there places where parents can get advice or help on the topic. In the small community of Bethel in southeastern Ghana, where three of the participants in our beekeeping training come from, both parents and their children as well as orphans with special needs live and are cared for by the community. We were able to finance school backpacks and new shoes for the 100 children in the community through your donations. Our colleague Hannah visited the kids in October 2023 and handed over the things personally. The children and parents of the community thank you for your support.
HAND IN HAND PROJECTS

The Hub Saidek
The project supported "The Hub Saidek" in Bangkok to provide better protection and access to social services for at-risk children. Through renovations and new equipment, the center was optimized to help more children.(grant:10.000 €)
Sustainable livelihood through beekeeping
To combat youth unemployment in Ghana, we supported a beekeeping project. 30 young people learned to create new income sources and strengthen the local economy.(grant:10.000€)current projects

Love and aid for humans and animals
The 50plus program combines animal welfare with social support for seniors. Rescued dogs are placed with needy seniors, who thus receive a companion. In return, there is monthly support.
